Who we are
The Sudatrack platform and its apps are operated by SUDATRACK DEVEOPING INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SOFTWARE CO. LTD (سوداتراك لتطوير برمجيات تقنية المعلومات المحدودة), a private limited company registered in the Republic of the Sudan under certificate of incorporation No. 44758. The company is responsible for the processing described in this policy.

Data we process
- Account: name, phone number, country, city and account identifier, used for one-time-code sign-in and profile management.
- Shipment requests: item descriptions, quantities, weights and dimensions, cost and status, sender and recipient details and contact numbers, and pickup and delivery addresses.
- Saved addresses and recipients: what you save to speed up future requests.
- Location: the coordinates of the pickup point you choose on the map, only when you use the map.
- Communication: chat messages, ratings and reports linked to requests.
- Notifications and technical data: push tokens, platform type, and operational and security logs.
- Shipping company staff (management app): account, role and company details, and records of the operations they perform such as shipments, trips and collections.
Why we use it
To run accounts and requests, coordinate pickup and delivery, show shipment updates, provide communication and support, keep accounts between the parties, and protect the service from abuse.
Who we share it with
- The shipping company fulfilling your request and its courier, to the extent needed to fulfil it.
- Technical service providers: Supabase for authentication and data storage; Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service for notifications; an SMS provider for verification codes; OpenStreetMap and its contributors (ODbL license) for maps.
- Competent authorities where required by law.
We do not sell your data. The apps contain no advertising networks, and we do not track your activity across other apps or websites.
Retention and security
We keep the data needed to provide the service, follow up on requests, resolve disputes, and meet accounting and legal obligations. Data is encrypted in transit, and each user's access is limited to what belongs to them according to their role.
Deleting your account
You can request account deletion from inside the app at any time. The steps and what is deleted are on the Delete account page.
Your rights and choices
- Edit your profile, addresses and saved recipients in the app.
- Control location and notification permissions in your device settings.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at [email protected].
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when app features or data processing change, and we publish the latest version here with its update date.
